$575 room for rent in University District Columbus Columbus Region in Columbus, Ohio For Sale

Hi there! I am moving to sunny California for at the end of March and I need someone to take over the remainder of my lease here in Columbus. The house is in the heart of Clintonville and it is a really cute Cape Cod style with a pretty manicured lawn and big backyard. The house has hardwood floors throughout, lots of basement storage space, and my wonderful roommate Elliott and his cat. My room is a carpeted upstairs loft and is the largest room in the house -- thats the room youd stay in...and for $575, its a steal. All the common furniture is staying (see the living room picture) and there is a washer and dryer in the basement. I have a king size bed, dresser and mirror that I cant take with me, so if youre interested in buying, Im happy to negotiate a price. Otherwise, I will likely sell to someone else if you have your own bedroom furniture. Youd need to take the lease for April to the end of August with the opportunity to renew (or not...up to you). Youd need to pay an $800 deposit, but after that the rent is only $575 a month. I am leaving on March 28, so you can move in the weekend before April 1 rent free. Youd live with my roommate Elliott -- he is a 28 y/o professional male who is probably the best roommate Ive ever had. Hes cool, nice, respectful and clean. I am a 27 y/o female professional, so wed accept male or female, open minded or open minded...we just prefer a easy going professional or a graduate student. No college kids or old people.
