Hi, I am looking for a female student or professional to take over my room and lease beginning in September xxxx and ending in August xxxx (lease is renewable through Buckeye Real Estate). You will have your own room, but will share the apartment with 3 female students. They are very friendly, clean and studious girls. There are 2 bathrooms, you would share 1 bathroom with one of the roommates. Utilities which include: water, internet, electricity, gas are between 30-50 range per month. Kitchen includes: a refrigerator, a stove, dishwasher, and microwave and other cookware. The living room is furnished, but you are welcomed to add to it. The room will be free for you to furnish as you wish, since I will me taking my bed and stuff.
There is no laundry washer, but there are 4 places near and 1 laundry place is 2-3 mins walking distance. Parking is available on street.
The location is perfect for OSU students, its on South campus and near OSU Medical Center. There is a Kroger about 10 min walk, a gym right in front of the apartment building, and the gateway is 5 minutes walking distance. Professionals are welcomed too. I am moving out of Columbus because I was offered , and that is why I am looking for someone to replace my room.
